The Hum Crafts shipping policy

General information
Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
Please verify shipping, payment and email information is correct before submitting payment. Lost package due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer during purchase is not the responsibility of Hum Crafts.
Refunds or replacement products will not be issued if the returned packages are not received by Hum Crafts. Packages that are undeliverable due to Hum Crafts error will be resend at our expense.

Shipping Location
We ship orders from various locations to minimize customs duties for you. However, this is subject to material availability and may not always be practicable.

Shipment tracking
We ensure that all orders are tracked from the moment they are dispatched to the moment they reach you. You can track your order at any time using our internal Order Tracker. All you need is your order ID and the email address you used at checkout. If for any reason you cannot find your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Tracker shows a timestamp every time your parcel is scanned. Please wait two weeks for unscanned parcels before contacting us. We will then be happy to investigate your order for you.

Shipping information and time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Depending on the design, pattern, material availability and overall need, please allow up to 7 days for us to craft your product. Once your item has shipped, please wait up to 7-15 business days in the US, depending on your location. Please allow up to 10-25 business days for orders to Canada, Europe, Australia and Oceania. In rare cases, recent delays related to Covid-19 at airports and import and export offices, it can take up to 20 business days for your parcel to arrive. In some cases, orders may be delayed at customs for inspection but rest assured that they will reach you as soon as possible.

Orders are not shipped after business closes on Saturday. Orders will not be shipped on weekends and holidays. Once the order has been placed, you can change the shipping address or email address as well as the ordered items (size, color, etc.) if the order has not been processed.
Please note that order delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs laws, and other factors that may extend transit time. Please understand that we are not responsible for these situations as they are beyond our control.

Products are often shipped individually once available so they are delivered to you faster.

Due to high demand and the recent pandemic situation, you may experience longer shipping times than usual. We sincerely thank you for your patience.

Guaranteed delivery
If your package has not reached you after 30 days of order and is not being tracked as 'Delivered', we will gladly refund the full amount of the product or resend an order of equal value. equivalent to the original product order.
